A second blog post in two days?! I must be on a roll again after such a long period of quietude…
For today’s post I let myself be inspired by my friend Marit Barentsen who takes part in “What’s on Your Workdesk“. I was a bit tired of working on an illustration assignment and browsed a bit until I felt lit up by Marit’s post. So I figured, why not? I love peeping into another creative mind’s happy place, so why not share mine?

I hope you like a goofy post like this. Personally I love seeing the creative stuff others work with and the projects they are working on. And the places they sit down and do the work, of course. How about you?
Hi Mandy, lovely to meet you here. So nice that the fabulous Marit inspired you to come on over and join us at WoywW. I’m very late with my visits this week but I am so impressed with your organisation upon your desk.
Super sketches for your online course and there is something ever inspiring about a colour chart a work of art in it’s own right.
Happy belated WoywW Tracey #8
How lovely to see you joining in with us all. I love the way you have labelled your desk and I really like that beautiful colour chart. Have a great week. With love & God Bless, Caro x (#14)

Lovely to meet you Mandy, any friend of Marit’s is a friend of ours. Love the great labels of items on your desk and tips such as the eraser. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #2
So nice to meet you – what a very interesting desk – I love the colour chart, and it must be fun testing all the watercolours.
I hope you have a happy and creative week,

It’s always fun to see what others are working on. I get some great ideas and inspiration all the time! Have a great week! Dorlene #29
Hello Mandy, how lovely to meet you and see your very interesting desk. The chart of paint colours is fantastic, I could frame that and hang it on the wall! Watercolour is a hard medium to do so I take my hat off to you!
Hugs, Lunch Lady Jan (LLJ) 5 xx
Thank you, Lunch Lady Jan. The color chart is lovely indeed, isn’t it? I’m so thrilled to be testing all these paints and collecting those lovely colors. Watercolor can indeed be quite the challenge. But somehow I got the hang of it a few years ago and it’s turned into my favorite medium. I’m about to hop over to the woyw circle, so I’l hop by 🙂
I hope it worked, leaving a comment for Blogger was giving me trouble. Will you let me know if it worked? If not, I have to figure out what’s up…
Hi and nice to have you along! what a great desk you have. Helen #6
Thank you, Helen. I’m trying to find my way around the photocircle, so I hope to hop over to yours soon 🙂
